Malta has scuba diving for experienced divers and for beginners. There are PADI certified scuba diving schools which offer short beginner courses in the shallow waters around Qawra or Slieme. More experienced divers will enjoy Ghar Lapsi and the Blue Grotto or the Zonqor Point Tug Boat wrecks.
